IREL, spol. s r. o. incorporated 1994 is owned by the Eng. Zdenek Svehlik who is specialist in agriculture of medicinal plants and its extracts.

The large fields of milk-thistle plantings grown under GAP guidelines, the GMP standard in the company and the R&D oriented to researches on herbs were used into offering a natural and clinically tested hepatoprotective feed additive line: SILYFEED.

The line offer different combinations of medicinal plants that are mainly:

1- Rich in 3-oemga

2- Rich in 6-omega

3- Supply of CLA (conjugated linoleic acids)

4- Ecdysteroids for natural anabolic muscles development (NDS).

The line covers the following species and segments:

1- Poultry: Broilers & Turkeys + laying hens

2- Cattle: dairy

3- Horses & camels: sport, lactating, in recovery periods, young in growing & training.

4- Dogs: suitable for sniffing, lactating and classic adult dogs.

The 17 years of experience in herbal extracts based cosmetics preparations, is a further avantage within the company IREL, as it offers two lines of veterinary cosmetics:

1- IREL Horse: as the range name indicates it, it is dedicated for horse skin and hoof treatment.

2- IREL Vet: a line designed for dogs and one preparation based on 36% of peppermint oil for the treatment of udder inflammation (mastitis, mainly on dairy cattle), colic, flatulence and warming relaxing massage for sport horses and camels.

These cosmetic preparations are GMP certified (ISO 22716-2008)
